DEVELOPMENT OF THE COMPANY
A new construction company SIA ATTOR is founded. Main occupation - construction of private houses.
Expanded scale of services. The ATTOR team is implementing the construction of a residential building on Kalēju Street. From now on, the company carries out construction and reconstruction works of apartments and office buildings.
Starting from 2017 and after successfully delivering first reconstruction project of agricultural buildings in the Ķekava poultry factory, ATTOR starts providing construction services in the agricultural segment. They are mainly agricultural construction and reconstruction works.
ATTOR expands its services and areas of specialization in agriculture, providing concrete floor grooving services in dairy barns.
The company becomes the only official TrakRite Global representative in Baltics.
ATTOR is authorized to perform grooving services for concrete floors according to the patented methods MINI GROOV 20®, MINI GROOVE 26® and DEEP GROOVE®.
Projects are carried out on farms in Estonia and Latvia.
After successfully implemented agricultural building construction projects in the Baltics, ATTOR is entrusted with the first industrial building project. A legume pre-processing complex was built for the client Aloja-Starkelsen.
From 2023, ATTOR offers the full-cycle construction services of solar panel parks. The first projects completed - Ķekava Foods and farm "Dzimtene".
ATTOR becomes the official dealer and representative in Latvia of the company ABBI-AEROTECH ventilation solutions.
A full-cycle service is provided - consultation, design, installation and after-sales service.
