Danger of heat stress
Cows feel most comfortable when the ambient temperature is between -5°C and 18°C. Climate change is the cause of increasingly longer periods of hot weather. High-yielding animals, such as dairy cows, are more likely to suffer from heat stress. This causes disturbances in their body functions, resulting in reduced animal welfare and poor animal health.

It is possible to install the most suitable ventilation solution in your barn!
Cross ventilation
Cross ventilation is the only system that cools your cows while supporting and improving the natural ventilation in your barn.
Longitudinal ventilation
If you want to cool the cows by adding air circulation in the barn, longitudinal ventilation would be the most suitable solution.
Downward ventilation
The fan creates a vertical airflow by pushing the air downwards. As the air reaches the floor, it creates horizontal airflow in all directions (360').
Pipe ventilation
The system ensures optimal ventilation and prevents drafts. Fresh outside air enters the room through a pipe and a fan.
Misting
In addition to ventilation, water cooling is also possible. The solution involves humidifying either the air or the cows themselves.
Soaking
During soaking, the water goes directly to the cows. Fans then blow air over the cows' bodies and cool them.
